"Beta Industries Corp." JSC is one of the leading companies in Bulgaria in the sphere of the machine production and the mechanical treatment of metals. It is the full process of manufacturing the product - from its design to its final assembling. "Beta Industries Corp." JSC includes a lot of production sections, which are manufacturing and controlling a wide range of products that are applicable in the forklift truck production, crane production, industry and home usage.

The quality of the production is guaranteed from a full system for control and it is insured from a qualified engineering and executive personnel. The firm is certified with ISO 9001:2000.

The company has not only own production but a cooperation work with its long standing partners in Europe and Bulgaria, which is growing more and more:

"Beta Industries Corp." JSC has unique technological equipment, which allows a completely closed production cycle. In the company we are using the following manufacturing processes: cutting up, mechanical treatment, welding, heat treatment, manufacturing of rubber details, galvanic and paint-lacquer cover layer. Before the materials are put into the manufacturing process it is done a full control test.

In the possibilities of the company is the manufacturing of an Instrumental Equipment, forming, cutting and measuring devices, and other technical non-standard equipment.

The company has on its disposal:

I. Cutting out:

The cutting up is done by :

gas-oxygen cutting with CNC and max thickness of material up to 200 mm and dimensions of the sheet 4000x12000;
table for plasma cutting of material thickness up to 30 mm and dimensions of the sheet 2400x8400;
guillotine with length of cutting up to 3150 mm and max thickness up to 25 mm.

II. Bending:

There is a sheet bending presses:

Hydraulic Bending Press 6000 mm and effort 600 t; Bending Press NC Hydraulic 3100mm and effort 300t;
Four Roll Bending Machine with length up to 1500mm and thickness of bending up to 30 mm;
We have at our disposal Sheet bending presses and Sheet bending rollers generating up to 3000 mm and steel thickness up to 25 mm.

III. Mechanical Treatment:

Machining Centers JOBS CNC x4500 y2700 z1200 A190° C360°, MC032 x320 y490 z500 A190° C360° and MC050 x640 y500 z500 C360°.
Coordinate Milling Machines MAHO 1000 x1000 y700 z650, MAHO 2000 x1700 y1000 z800, DROOP&REIN CNC x1900 y960 z800.
Drilling and Boring Machine up to x3000 y2000 z1500.
Turning and Boring Lathe up to 2800 H1200.
Multi-work Lathe up to x1000 L2000.
Universal Mills up to x4000 y1500 z1500.
Grinder Machine for Circular Grinding up to φ250 L2500
Optical grinding PTW, groove-grinding machine KAPP, volume erosion and fibre erosion machines.

IV. Welding:

The big experience and company facilities give the ability for welding of different part structures, basic welding method is manual, in protected gas sphere. Semiautomatic Welding Machines up to 500A. The specialists of the welding are certified according to EU EN 287-1.

V. Treatment of details and assemblies.

Heat treatment of details and assemblies.
Cleaning of details and assemblies:
- Cleaning appliance for small details OWD 1000;
- Cleaning chamber by hand guidance of spray and processing of big overall dimension articles (6000mm X 2000mm X2000mm).

VI. Painting of details and articles; Power coloring.

VII. Assembling activities, regulation and testing of lifts.

VIII. Chemical production:

Manufacturing of rubber stocks with obligatory physical chemistry analysis, using variety recopies for effects like: Acid-resistant; Oil-resistance; Petrol-resistant; Cold-resistant; Tropical-resistant..
Production of rubber products for machine-building and home needs; Rubber products with metal insert / bearings, membranes, shock absorbers /; Porous corrugating rubber; Production of ebonite mixtures and ebonite products. Availability more than 150 types prepared instrumental equipment for manufacturing of rings with round section and rectangular section.
Production of fibre-glass plastic products from "Vinalkid PE" by hand-forming method
Possibility for galvanizing, zinc plating (with color and white passivating), oxidation, chromium plating and others.

IX. Containers under pressure .

recycling liquefied gas bottle, producing hoses with high pressure.

The workshops are equipped with modern machines and laboratories, and also have qualified technical personnel.
