Water Cleaning System

The micro-flotation cleaning of the wastewater is done by water saturation with gas bubbles thus providing the conditions for their liberation. The contaminated substances precipitate in the foam layer.
In fact the flotation is a process of molecular adherence of the floating material parts upon the limit surface of the two phases, aqueous and gaseous. As a purification and refining method the flotation is used mainly for removal of molecular dissolved substances such as surface-active substances.
The water purification equipment has been designed with different length. The full length is determined by the quantity of the wastewater for purification. The process adjustment and control system provide manual and automatic operation mode. The equipment and the connection pipelines depend on water corrosive actions and they are agreed upon order.
The equipment is manufactured and delivered in complete set with:
- Compressor;
- Entrofugal pump;
- Sludge pump of container;
- Control table, control measure devices;
- Control and adjustment system.
