Forklift Beta Model D1620.1 - 1.6t
Lifting capacity - 1.6 t, designed for transportation, handling and storage of single and palletized loads on different height at ambient temperature - 25 °C up to + 40 °C . Type of the engine - D 2900K, diesel, direct fuel injection, water cooling. The engine is made by VAMO, Varna, under the license of PERKINS. Power shift transmission, model 6861.2 produced by BALKAN Lovech. Drive axle - model 6218 is made by MAJAK, Dobrich. Steering axle is BETA design - the beam is welded type, hydraulic control of the steering wheels, suspension to the chassis is done by superelastic bearings.
Chassis is BETA design - completely welded steel sheets structure - compact and convenient for technical maintenance and repair. Counterweight is BETA design. This is a cast iron casting providing free cooling air access to the engine. Steering column is BETA design with unique mechanism providing extra convenience for the driver Lift mast is BETA design. It is made out of HOESCH profiles, the bearings are FAG and INA, the support rollers are BETA production. Upon customer's request different types of lift mast are produced - SIMPLEX, DUPLEX, TRIPLEX Hydraulic system - all hydraulic cylinders are made with SHAMBAN seals. The hydraulic joints are ERMETO type. Electric system - components produced by the companies CURTIS and HELLA have been installed in the system BETA has made a fork lift truck, certified by TUV, high quality and perfect technical characteristics proved in the practice.
