The driving axle type 5050
This is the new development of the specialists of Beta Industry Corp. JSC The distinctive particularity of the construction - axle driving, is that the beam is a steel casting, on which directly is assembled the lifting device. With this the loading of the lifting device is taken from the axle, instead from the chassis as it is with the traditional fork lift manufacturing, as the novelty is the reduction of the reactive moment through new fixture of the axle on the chassis. The axle is with double reducing transmission. The first transmission - pear of wheel gears with spiral teeth puts into effect the second planet transmission of the board gear boxes with the help of the floating half shafts. The system assures max pulling force with min loading of the working elements. The driving axle is equipped with brakes with mechanism for automatic regulation.
Driving axle 5050 is dedicated for assembling in fork lift trucks with loading capacity of 3 to 5 tones, with single and double wheels, used for moving on hard and smooth surfaces.
